Hay Day Book Sale! Saturday, 8/17 from 10:00am to 2:00pm

The Friends of the Library’s yearly Hay Day Book Sale is back! Stop by the parking lot behind the Library to stock up your home library! Purchase a $12 tote bag and fill it with books, or fill a plastic shopping bag for $5. You can even bring your own reusable bag to fill!

Trustee Meeting – Thursday, 8/15 at 6:00pm

Would you like to know what’s happening at the library? Feel free to sit in on a trustee meeting! Trustee meetings are open to the public. The library is looking for interested, caring people to join the Board of Trustees. If this sounds like you, attend the next meeting, or email Joyce at jwhite@goodwinlibrary.org.

CLiF Storyteller and Book Giveaway – Tuesday, 8/6 at 5:00pm

We are excited to host a storytelling presentation and book giveaway with local author Matt Forrest Esenwine! Following this presentation, each child in attendance will be able to pick 2 new books! Thanks, CLiF!! This presentation will be held at Fernald Park. Rain location will be here at the Library.

We are Accepting Donations!

We are currently accepting donations for the Friends of the Library’s Hay Day Book Sale! We can accept gently used books in good condition. We are unable to take donations of encyclopedias, textbooks, Reader’s Digest or other magazines. We are also unable to accept donations of books that have been stored in basements, sheds, or …

Wednesday Night in the Park will be at the Rec Tomorrow (7/10/24)

Due to the chance of rain, the Wednesday Night performance will be at the Farmington Rec tomorrow (Wed., July 10), not Fernald Park. The Rec is located at 531 Main St. in Farmington. We hope to see you there!
